Before heavy machinery hits a site, safe and efficient project delivery requires a clear, three-phase sequence:
- Non-Licensed Asbestos Removal: Safe identification, containment, and removal of lower-risk, non-licensed Asbestos Containing Materials (ACMs)—such as vinyl floor tiles, cement sheeting, textured coatings, and fascia boards—ensuring strict compliance and legal off-site disposal.
- Soft Strip Out: Non-structural internal elements—including partition walls, suspended ceilings, doors, fixtures, wiring, and pipework—are cleared and sorted on-site to maximize recycling rates.
- Structural Demolition: Once hazardous materials are eliminated and the space is stripped to a bare shell, heavy machinery safely dismantles the primary structure and crushes remaining masonry for aggregate reuse.
